En Root Tours uses personal information only to respond to enquiries, arrange tourism services, manage approved marketplace users, process bookings and payments, verify suppliers and professionals, and meet legal or safety obligations.

This may include contact and travel details, booking requirements, professional credentials, vehicle and company documents, availability, communications, payment status and supplier payout information. Banking details and identity documents are restricted to authorised management processes.
Why we use it
We use information to prepare proposals, confirm availability, operate services, communicate booking changes, administer the marketplace, request feedback after a completed service, verify compliance, prevent fraud and maintain business records. Reviews are only published or prepared for social media when the client gives the relevant permission and Management approves them.
Who receives it
Only the information needed to perform a confirmed or requested service is shared with an approved supplier, guide, driver, payment provider or operational service provider. Public listings do not show private contact details, confidential rates or banking information.
Storage and protection
Access is limited by role. Sensitive payout details are encrypted, uploaded compliance documents are kept private, and records are retained only for as long as they are reasonably required for the service, contractual, safety or legal purpose.
