Using En Root
These terms apply when you use the En Root website, marketplace or partner workspace. A service becomes binding only when En Root confirms it in writing and any required payment or credit approval has been completed.
Marketplace role
En Root coordinates services offered by En Root and approved independent tourism suppliers. Supplier identity, private contact information and confidential rates remain protected until disclosure is operationally necessary for a confirmed service.
Accurate information
Users must provide accurate traveller, driver, vehicle, company and booking information. Suppliers remain responsible for licences, permits, insurance, roadworthiness, passenger liability and the accuracy of their listings.
Payments
Prices, deposits, service fees and payment deadlines are shown in the applicable quote or invoice. A request is not a confirmed booking until En Root issues confirmation. Payment-provider terms may also apply.
Acceptable use
Users may not misuse private information, circumvent En Root for a platform-introduced booking, impersonate another person, upload unlawful material or interfere with the platform.
